2. Are the shots safe?

They are safe and all natural. There is a small amount of lidocaine within the injection used to lessen the sting of the injection. There is also a small amount of sulfa within the injection. If you have any allergies to lidocaine or sulfa, we would advise against using this injection.

The injection is an intramuscular injection given in the hip. You may experience some slight soreness at the injection site for 12-24 hours.
